Besides our services consisting in all aspects, security and investigative assignments, IQ-Security are pleased to have been the first Security Agency in Malta to provide professional vehicle repossession.

All repossessions are conducted in a professional manner by our guards while our towing unit has been equipped with the latest lifting/towing equipment available. The Repossession Department has now been operating with success since January 2004. During this period a number of companies have used our services which has in itself proven to be effective and  efficient  to carry out such operations hasslefree and with minimum expense.

When tracing of vehicles and craft is required, IQ can deploy its own licensed private investigators to do so. Each investigator is highly trained and experienced in the field, while aquiring the location of vehicles and craft in a most discreet manner.

The information is then handed over to the repossession unit who in turn advise the client of the where abouts of the vehicle and which steps should be taken in order to seize the vehicle in the presence of a court representative.

During repossession procedgures IQ will ascertain that all persons are on location, the agency can provide the services of a court marshall, legal advisor, licensed guards , towing unit and if necassary police officials before  and during the repossession.

 The Agency can also arrange for the storage of vehicles or crafts seized. This would also include the care and maintenance of such crafts untill the day they are resold.

The use of a Debt Collection Agent is an excellent way to collect bad debts and increase your cash flow.

We can collect payments on your behalf or else should the case arise , repossess items from the client.

The Agency collects both Consumer & Commercial debts. Each case is analyzed carefully before our agents make their first approach towards the debtor.

We also take in consideration the debtors financial position in order to guarantee a constant repayment programme for our client. We also take into consideration not to involve any legal aid and expenses were necassary.
